Q: Does this cost me anything?
There is no charge to use Salon Share.
Q: How do I know that my client purchased a product I recommended?
Your account has a Commission Report that will display all products sold from your channels, whether an email recommendation or a purchase from your webpage.
Q: I don't have a Smartphone; can I still use Salon Share online without the App?
Yes, you can. Salon Share is web based and works great on any web browser. If you can get on the Internet, you can use Salon Share!
Q: How is my Commission paid?
We pay commissions via PayPa or by check.
Q: When do my clients receive their appointment reminders?
The email & SMS reminders are delivered 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract? Are there cancellation fees?
No contracts / No start-up fees / No cancellation fees / EVER!
Q: How do I get an account?
Click on the Register button on the homepage and follow the simple sign-up process.
Q: Can I export my existing contacts on my phone into the app?
Yes, when initiating a new appointment in your calendar you will be asked if the client is new, existing or an import from your phone's contact list.
Q: Can I double-book? For example, a cut while another client is processing?
Yes, the calendar will allow you to book appointments on top of each other.
Q: Can I keep notes on clients?
Yes, you can make an edit notes per client.
Q: Can I email or text a product recommendation to my entire client list?
Yes. Select the “All Clients” option when prompted and share a product you recommend with all your clients.
